The Colony Apartments

Multi-story apartment building within a new retail development in the heart of the Southpark neighborhood in Charlotte, NC with LandDesign. This project involved intricate grading and stormwater design as well as new public roadway design.

The Court at Redstone

Multi-building apartment complex located within a in the new Red Ventures Office complex located in Fort Mill, SC with LandDesign. New public roadways and utility extensions were designed for this new development. This project was recognized in the Multifamily Executive 2021 Awards as the Best Garden Style Community in the nation

Arlo

Multi-story apartment building within in the FreeMoreWest district outside of uptown Charlotte, NC designed with LandDesign. This project involved floodplain development permitting along with roadway and utility improvements in an urban environment.

Belvedere at Berewick

Multi-story apartment building within in the Berewick area in Charlotte, NC designed with LandDesign. Public utilities were extended down NCDOT roadways to serve the project which entailed traffic control and jack and bore designs. A stormwater pond and large retaining wall were perched on the back of this site that had significant grade challenges.

Broadmore at Mills Gap

Multi-building apartment complex located in Mills Gaps, NC with Civil Design Concepts. All aspects of site design were included in this project including grading, stormwater, utilities, site planning, and permitting.

Ansley Apartments

Multi-building apartment complex located in Arden NC with Civil Design Concepts. All aspects of site design were included in this project including grading, stormwater, utilities, site planning, and permitting.
